Marit is currently a Bachelor student of the Computer Science program at Leiden University. During her studies she became interested in Data Science in particular and is now working on her Bachelor Thesis within the Data Science field. The focus of her Bachelor Thesis is on analyzing data gathered from incident reports from Lifeguard Katwijk and finding any patterns present in the data. She is supervised by Dr. Matthijs van Leeuwen.
