Milou was a bachelor student Computer Science and Economics at Leiden University and Erasmus University. For her bachelor thesis, supervised by Matthijs, Marieke and Hermes, she looked into associations between weather and migraine. The title of the project was ‘Weather as a Trigger for Migraines: Predictive Modelling on Migraine E-Diaries using Machine Learning’ and was a cooperation between LIACS for data analysis and LUMC for migraine patient data.
