Wai-Yip is a master student studying Computer Science and Advanced Data Analytics at Leiden University. He did an introductory research project titled 'Exploring the relationship between weather and migraines', in which he applied exploratory data analysis techniques to investigate associations between weather data and migraine attacks in the LUMINA headache diaries. The project was a collaboration between LIACS and the Neurology department of LUMC.
