Yuhang is a Master's student in Computer Science, specialising in Data Science, at Leiden University. He is currently working on his Master's thesis in the EDA group, focusing on addressing the oversmoothing problem in Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) within the context of Automated Machine Learning. His research aims to provide a solution to the oversmoothing issue and includes plans to introduce a framework based on information theory for analyzing the process of automated hyper-parameter tuning. Beyond his Master's thesis, Yuhang has a keen interest in leveraging information theory to explain Self-Supervised Learning (SSL) and Automated Machine Learning (AML).
