Siri was a master student Technical Medicine at the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC), Delft University of Technology, and the Erasmus Medical Center. For her master thesis titled 'Explainable AI for Predicting ICU Readmission', she developed a models for predicting whether a patient sent away from the intensive care unit would later have to be readmitted. This project had a medical part at the Intensive Care Unit of the LUMC, and a technical part for which Matthijs was the supervisor.
